Great value for money - we booked a room for 4 adults with breakfast for a very reasonable price. Convenient location - the B&B was located close to the train station and within walking distance to the Old Town area, shopping, and restaurants.Delicious breakfast - the breakfast provided at the B&B was of high quality and very enjoyable.

Limited parking - the car park was a bit small and could be a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. Small bathroom - the bathroom in our room was quite tiny, although it served its purpose.

Breakfast was lovely, we were provided with a suite. Twin bedroom. Good value considering prices in Southampton.

On my recent business trip, I had a great stay at a family, run guest house. the cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had in a long time, and it was served with a smile. the location was also great as it was within walking distance of several food outlets. What's more, the room was comfortable, quiet, and even had a flat, screen TV which was an added bonus.

The bathroom was a bit small, and the car park could have been larger as it was quite challenging to find space to park. although the location was great, the neighborhood wasn't the best, kept area.
